Richardson Clean reserves the right to reschedule services if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of the estimate.

If actual property conditions differ materially from what was disclosed or visible at the time of quoting, pricing may be adjusted prior to completion of service.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions & Maintenance Plans

Some services may be offered on a recurring or maintenance basis.

Billing occurs in advance based on the selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you or by Richardson Clean.

You may cancel by contacting us directly. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and service will continue through the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. When possible, reasonable notice will be provided before changes take effect.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

We do not offer a general money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.

Refunds, if granted, are issued at our sole discretion.

User Accounts

If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
