Eavestrough & Gutter Cleaning in Windsor, ON
Professional gutter cleaning in Windsor and Essex County — done entirely from the ground. Blocked eavestroughs cause real damage — to fascia boards, soffits, foundations, and landscaping — and most of it happens quietly, out of sight, before anyone notices.
Richardson Clean uses the SkyVac 85 Elite professional gutter vacuum system to clean eavestroughs entirely from the ground, with no ladders propped against your roofline and no debris left scattered across your property.
Every job ends with a downspout flush and visual inspection to confirm water moves freely from the eavestrough to the ground. If something doesn't look right, we'll tell you. We're a cleaning company, not a repair service — but we won't leave without making sure you know the full picture.

What's Included
Full Eavestrough Vacuum Clean
The SkyVac 85 Elite reaches up to your eavestroughs from ground level and draws debris out cleanly — leaves, seedpods, shingle grit, compacted buildup, and anything else that's accumulated over the season. No scooping, no manual handling, no mess on your gardens or walkways below.
Downspout Flush & Flow Check
Every clean finishes with a downspout flush to confirm water flows freely all the way through. Partial blockages deep in a downspout won't show up until the next heavy rain — the flush catches them before they become a problem.
Visual Inspection
While we work, we're looking at the condition of your eavestroughs — joint integrity, bracket condition, signs of sagging or separation. If we see something worth flagging, we'll let you know before we leave.
How Often Should You Clean?
For most Windsor-Essex homes: twice a year — spring and fall. If you have mature maples or oaks close to the house, three times a year is worth considering. Maple seedpods are particularly aggressive from May through June and will block clean eavestroughs in weeks. Richardson Clean offers maintenance programmes so you don't have to track it yourself.
Why Windsor-Essex Is Different
Our climate — freeze-thaw cycles from November through March — is hard on eavestroughs. Ice that forms in a clogged eavestrough expands, stresses joints and brackets, and can pull the whole system away from the fascia. Spring cleaning clears what winter left behind before the heavy rains arrive. It's the most important clean of the year.
Gutter Cleaning FAQ
Do I still need gutter cleaning if I have gutter guards?
Yes. Guards cut down what gets in, but fine grit, shingle sand, and seedpods still build up — and clogs often form on top of or beneath the guards where you can't see them. We'll tell you honestly whether yours are doing their job.
Do you haul the debris away, or leave it behind?
We take it with us. The SkyVac draws everything into the machine as we work — no pile of wet leaves left on your lawn or in your beds, nothing to bag after we go.
What if a downspout is completely blocked?
Our downspout flush finds what the Skyvac does not remove. If one's fully packed, we clear what we can from the top and the outlet and tell you exactly what we found — including if it needs more than a cleaning.
Do you repair gutters, or only clean them?
We're a cleaning company, not a repair service — but since we're right up at your eavestroughs, we'll flag anything we see (loose brackets, separated joints, sagging) so you can get ahead of it.
Which areas do you serve?
Windsor and all of Essex County — including LaSalle, Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Riverside, Lakeshore, Essex, Kingsville, and Belle River.
