What the Service Includes

Every chandelier and light fixture clean follows the same careful process:

Before we begin: Power to the fixture is isolated. Draping is placed to protect floors, furniture, and any surfaces below. For crystal or glass fixtures, we work component by component — nothing is rushed.

The clean itself: Each crystal, glass panel, or decorative element is cleaned individually and polished for clarity. Fixture arms, canopies, and frames are wiped down. Bulbs are cleaned where accessible. The goal is full restoration of light output and brilliance — not just a surface wipe.

When we're done: Draping comes down, the space is left exactly as we found it, and the difference in light quality is immediately noticeable.

We also clean ceiling fans, decorative pendants, wall sconces, and multi-light fixtures throughout the home or commercial space in the same visit if needed.

The Equipment That Makes It Possible

Most companies that offer chandelier cleaning do so with a ladder — which limits what's safely reachable and puts real risk on highly polished floors, delicate railings, and the fixtures themselves.

We use the JLG FT70 and JLG 140 indoor mini manlifts — compact, self-propelled aerial platforms with rubber non-marking tyres that can operate on hardwood, tile, stone, and polished concrete without damage. They provide a stable, level working platform at heights that no ladder can safely match.

This equipment is rare in this market. It's what makes the difference between a company that says yes to these jobs and one that doesn't. Or rather can't.
